What is it that makes it vital that a business has a clear Vision, well defined Culture and SMART goals that are regularly communicated to the whole team?

 

The Vision is the destination of where the business is going, it is not a short term goal but rather that which keeps the business direction and momentum going in the same direction no matter what happens out in the market. It is also the “Why” the business is in existence.

It determines what type of people they want working for the business so that the business becomes an inspiring place where all team members are actively working in an approved manner while adding value to the growth of the business consistently.
